Thank you so much for the wonderful wedding cake. I appreciate all your dedication and patience in seeing the picture in my mind come to life in buttercream. Everyone is still commenting on how delicious both the chocolate and white layers were, frosting and cake. After tasting 5 other bakery products, my future husband was not happy with any of them and I was unsure what to do but after our first meeting, he was sold on both the chocolate and white cake and buttercream frosting and wanted them incorporated into the design. You were great with seeing his design then all the meetings, follow up contact and delivering the final cake on time, the only thing that went on time that day even in the rain! My husband can't wait for the 1 year anniversary to have an excuse to eat our fresh layer. Next time I will make sure to have milk! LOL! I look forward to working with you again and will forward pictures from the photographer when he gets everything finished up. Shelena

Erika, you made a cake for me last Saturday for my stepmoms 50th birthday. It was absolutley wonderful. Not only the outside, but the taste as well. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!! What was ironic about that day is that I went to my best friends' husbands 30th birthday party that night which was a casino themed party. I walked in and noticed the cake table and I said WOW, Jen, were did you get that cake? She told me that it was a lady named Erika that she had found on the internet, my mouth dropped and I started laughing!! I said I just picked up a cake from her this morning. The moral of the story is that great minds think alike and we were very pleased.
