For those unfamiliar with fondant, it is a sugary 'dough' that is rolled into a thin sheet and used to cover a cake that has been iced in buttercream.  I make all of my own fondant, so it has a MUCH better taste than most fondant people try.  The main benefit of fondant is the porcelain-smooth finish that it provides.  You can also use fondant to do decorative accent pieces due to its malleable consistency.  I get a lot of requests for 'simple, elegant cakes', so to achieve this look, I recommend using fondant.

Chocolate/White Chocolate Ganache Icing
This can be used as a poured icing over the entire cake for a satin-like finish or
used to create the 'drizzles' on the side of a cake.  Pricing depends on cake size.


Dummy Cakes
Styrofoam ‘Dummy Cakes’ are available if you want a larger cake than you actually need to serve your guests.  Once decorated, you can not tell the difference in a dummy cake and the real thing!  Pricing depends on cake size and design.

$50 for Tarrant County
$75 for Dallas County
Delivery is available all over the DFW Metroplex and many surrounding areas.
Please inquire about any area outside of Dallas or Tarrant County for pricing.

Individually boxed cupcakes are great party favors!  Add $1 for each box.

Cookies are a sugar/cream cheese cookie - making them soft and flavorful! 
They come individually wrapped with a coordinating color tied ribbon.

Cheesecakes are great with a variety of topping sauces including:
Cherries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Chocolate, and Caramel
A 'Cheesecake Bar' can be a great addition to your reception.



Flowers on Cake
You have the option of using real flowers or gumpaste sugar flowers on your cake. 
Generally, you will provide the real flowers so that they match the other flowers at your event. 
NOTE: I do not charge to place flowers on your cake, some bakeries do. 
Gumpaste sugar flowers are priced on an individual basis.

Cake Stand Rental
Round or Square silver cake stands are available for rent.
 One stand is $35 to rent, with an additional $50 deposit.
Two stands are $25 each to rent, with an additional $50 deposit for each.

Payment Requirements
50% of the total is due to reserve your event date. 
The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the event date. 
This applies to both party cakes and wedding cakes.

All methods of payment are accepted: Cash, Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Credit Card
